We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must:

  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Include all accessories and contents received.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used whitening gels.
  • Used mouth trays or LED devices.
  • Items that have been damaged due to misuse.
  • Products returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Order Cancellations
